What’s Total Body Hiit?

H.I.I.T. stands for HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING. It describes a kind of training characterized by short and discontinuous explosions of strong work, interposed with periods of rest or low intensity activities.

In the post-workout, H.I.I.T. is characterized by a dissipation of calories greater than a traditional aerobic training: EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) is an increase in total metabolism and energy expenditure, following the hours after training; H.I.I.T. has an EPOC 15% higher than a traditional aerobic training
